System6000 offers various algorithms and features, which requires a license to be available for operation. The algorithms and features can either be purchased as permanent- or rented as temporary licenses.

All algorithms use 48 bit processing throughout, and may be used with sample rates up to 96kHz unless otherwise stated. One license grants the right to use multiple instances of the same algorithm, e.g. four times MD5.1 in one frame. The license is unique to a Mainframe serial number.

Before making the decision to purchase or rent a License, it's possible to get one 200 hours Demo-license for free.
