Creditcard information
When you enter your creditcard information your account number
should be 16 digits, which must be entered without spaces
like this: (0000000000000000)

TC-Now accept international credit cards, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa* and JCB.
*Note: Danish Visa/Dankort are not accepted.

VAT information
When you enter your VAT number, which must be entered without spaces,
note that your countrycode must be written with Caps like this: GB, NL, DK etc.

VAT Policies and regulations
• Customers within the EU:
VAT Will be added to the Shopping Cart before proceeding to the Checkout.

• Customers outside the EU:
Non-EU Customers are not charged VAT.

• Companies:
Companies with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT. Both Company Name and VAT number must be entered. VAT numbers must be entered with Caps and no Spaces. E.g. (DE999.......)

P.O. Box as Shipping address
When entering your shipping address, please note that a P.O. Box is not a valid address.
Your order will be shipped with UPS parcel service, and require a receipt on delivery.

Using the "Shipping address" is an optional service intended for purchases involving Physical shipment only, used if your desired Shipping address is different from the Invoicing address.

System 6000 Demokeys
How to find your Demo-key. Before we are able to supply you a demo-license, or if you want to rent a license, a demo-key found in your System6000 is required. Access your Mainframe 6000 from your Icon interface, then select Frame in the upper tabs, then in the left tabs select the System/License page. Select the license you request on the list, and hit the big "Get Temporary Key" button in the upper right corner. Write down the demo-key shown in the form: 2xxxxx-xxxx, and proceed on www.tc-now.com. If you have requested a Free demo, or rented a license, you will receive your temporay License via email. If you purchase a license, shortly after you will receive a permanent license via email.

PowerCore Optional Plugins
If you have ordered software products for download, within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, including your personal download link to the installer, the serial number, and the activation code you will need to authorize your plugin the first time requesting it. The email is autogenerated for why it sometimes get caught in spam filters.
If you havent received your email, your local ISP can track it for you or if preferred, TC-Support will be able to resend the email to you. Contact: www.tcsupport.tc
